Welcome
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Our healthcare center accommodates 62 residents and we are certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We first opened our doors in 1973 and are proud to still have some of the same dedicated caregivers on our staff. We understand the importance of family and resident involvement and encourage participation in the development of a personalized plan of care. Our interdisciplinary team, with your help, will develop a comprehensive care plan to meet not only physical and rehabilitative goals, but also social and emotional needs.
Our residents enjoy a variety of activities and community outings as well. Our beautiful courtyard is an excellent meeting place for picnics or family visits. Our goal is to take care of your loved ones by providing quality and compassionate care in a comfortable setting. Guardian Care of Zebulon is a 2006 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
